An Express Community Challenge · Dubai
The 30-Day Fiticulous Challenge
Your next chapter starts with 30 days of showing up for yourself.
Hello, Dubai Fit & Fab Nation! Ready for a fresh start? Join Sam and your Express community for a monthly challenge focused on movement, consistency, and progress you can feel proud of.
Whether your goal is to build strength, improve endurance, feel more confident, or establish a routine, this is your chance to turn good intentions into action—with people cheering you on along the way.
- Start with your goal. Review your starting point with Sam and choose what you want to work towards.
- Keep showing up. Attend your booked Express classes and follow the routine agreed with your coach.
- Stay connected. Share your wins, take part in challenge check-ins, and encourage your Fiticulous family.
- Celebrate your progress. Finish with a personal review of your consistency, strength, endurance, and confidence.
Weight, measurements, and progress photos are optional and private. No public weigh-ins or social-media posts are required.
A fresh challenge each month. Ask our team about the next intake and reserve your place.
