I understand that I should consult my physician or another qualified healthcare provider before starting an exercise program or making changes to my diet, particularly if I have a medical condition, injury, or other health concern.
I acknowledge that exercise involves inherent risks, including physical strain and injury. I voluntarily choose to participate in The Fit & The Fab classes, personal training, tutorials, and programs, whether in person, online, or virtually, and accept the inherent risks associated with that participation.
I agree to follow coaching instructions, exercise within my abilities, disclose relevant limitations privately before training, and stop participating if I experience pain, dizziness, or feel unwell.
Nothing in this acknowledgment excludes or limits any liability of The Fit & The Fab, its instructors, or partners that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes any rights I have under applicable UAE law.
